THE ITEMS LISTED BELOW ARE NEEDED FOR THE ABOVE COURSES:

TWO PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPHS

PROOF OF EDUCATION - THE FOLLOWING MAY BE USED:

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR TRANSCRIPT

G.E.D. CERTIFICATE

PROOF OF AGE - THE FOLLOWING MAY BE USED: BIRTH CERTIFICATE DRIVERS LICENSE

REGISTRATION FEE OF $25.00 (NON-REFUNDABLE) MONEY ORDER ONLY

TRANSFER STUDENTS WILL BE EVALUATED UPON STUDENT REQUEST AND MUST SHOW PROOF OF PRIOR HOURS.
